Since it was included in the first batch of national circular economy pilot units in 2005, the company has achieved remarkable results in the development of circular economy. First, the comprehensive utilization rate of resources has been significantly improved. At present, the comprehensive utilization rate of solid waste in our company has reached 100, and the recycling rate of water resources in the production process has reached 72.69. After the external drainage is degraded by the enterprise constructed wetland, it fully meets the agricultural irrigation standard and can be used as an agricultural water source. The second is to effectively promote the smooth realization of the task of energy conservation and emission reduction. The development of circular economy of "reduction, reuse, and resource utilization" has enabled our company to exceed the "Eleventh Five-Year" energy conservation and emission reduction tasks issued by the provincial government in advance. According to statistics, during the "Eleventh Five-Year Plan" period, our company has achieved a cumulative energy saving of 23600 tons of standard coal (the government's energy-saving task is 11800 tons of standard coal) and a cumulative reduction of COD emissions of 3208 tons (the government's emission reduction task is 2500 tons); Third, the technical strength has been further enhanced. At the same time, based on the successful practice of the comprehensive utilization of circular economy in straw pulping and papermaking, our company has also been highly affirmed and recognized by all levels and departments. In recent years, it has won many honorary titles, such as the national advanced unit of circular economy work, the national pilot unit of circular economy standardization, and the excellent circular economy enterprise in Shandong Province. After visiting the site and listening to the report, the acceptance team agreed that the company's circular economy work has achieved advanced, exemplary, and innovative, and met the requirements of the pilot unit. Wang Yujie encouraged the company to continue to expand and strengthen the comprehensive utilization of straw circular economy, continuously reduce costs and improve the efficiency of circular economy, and actively do a good job in various international certifications, and strive to raise various enterprise standards to national standards for the straw pulp and paper industry. The acceptance was jointly organized by the National Development and Reform Commission, the Ministry of Environmental Protection, the Ministry of Science and Technology, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Commerce and the Bureau of Statistics. Seven departments, including the provincial circular economy development comprehensive management department and the environmental protection department, will evaluate the pilot units, and seven ministries and commissions, including the National Development and Reform Commission, will review them. After the review, the acceptance results will be publicized. The pilot units that have passed the acceptance can continue to enjoy the preferential policies of the pilot units in investment and finance, and enjoy priority in major demonstration projects of resource conservation and environmental protection and advanced units recommended for circular economy work.
