2. Enrollment Scope

Public bidding for the society (in order to ensure fairness, employees and immediate family members of the company are not allowed to participate). Bidders must have a good financial foundation, strong ability to organize transportation capacity, strong safety awareness, serious and responsible, obedience to dispatching, and good reputation; Bidders can be individual transportation, individual transportation association, transportation company, logistics center, etc.

4. qualification

The company arranges special personnel to carry out qualification appraisal on the bidding personnel. If there are bad conditions such as poor qualification and credit, they are not allowed to participate in the bidding. Only after the qualified registration is reviewed can they participate in the bidding.

5. to receive tenders

If the qualification appraisal is qualified, each person will receive a tender and pay a bid bond of 10000 yuan. If there is a full deposit in the company's account, it can be deducted from the freight. After the carrier wins the bid, the deposit will be converted into a risk deposit, and the unsuccessful bidder will be returned to the bidder.
